Castle Hill green wasn't the highest, what was?

Last week I provided maps and drawings of the green at Castle Hill where it was in use from 1850 to the turn of the century but was then left in an abandoned state until the 1950s. But did you know that it was never the highest green in the area?

Castle Hill is 267 metres above sea level but one old green at that time was even higher. Bearing in mind that greens are always alongside a pub or club, name the pub that had a green that was 331 metres (1,085 feet) above sea level. Guess Now
